Our 'Packing Iron' UTV hauling system consists of 11 separate pieces that all pin together to form a strong, solid rack to pack your UTV in the back of your short or long bed FULL SIZE pickup. This up and over rack allows you to be able to tow a camp or boat trailer without worrying about sharp turns damaging anything.
Fabricated of mild steel and coated with industrial paint, the 'Packing Iron' weighs 320 pounds and will carry most of the 2 passenger UTV's on the market today.The useable track width is 64".
With it's 11 major parts, one person can load or unload the 'Packing Iron' system in 30 minutes. The 'Packing Iron' ships or stores in a stack 18" tall by 7' long by 4' wide.
As the UTV is carried up and over the bed, this leaves a lot of useable space underneath for more toys, gear or tools.
The 2 main ramps adjust narrower to facilitate hauling narrower ATV's as well.
The 'Packing Iron' UTV hauling system consists of the Hauling Rack, high quality fold up Aluminum Ramps, webbing Tire Straps to secure the UTV, chain and heavy duty turnbuckles for Structure Tiedowns, and 'D' ring kits to tie in to the bed and frame.
