Looking for a roommate that is clean, responsible, respectful, nonsmoker and similar in age (24-32) to share a 2 Bed 2 bath apartment off of mile and Fairview. The apartment currently doesnt have a washer and dryer but I'm currently shopping for a set. You would have your own room with its own bath and walk in closet. Sorry not interested in sharing a place with couples, little ones, live-in bf/gf situations, and sorry no pets. Application fee is charged by the management company. They require proof that you make twice as much as your half of the rent, no felons, and haven't been evicted or had issues with other management companies in the past.
